Meringues Geantes

Call me crazy but I am an extreme bake-a-holic. I recently made some giant meringues from a recipe that I found in a French cook book. The first batch bombed, I basically made liquid egg. But I forged on and managed to figure out my mistake about a dozen and a half eggs later. They actually turned out and were quite pretty. And, they passed the true test of the picky eaters...My kids, they loved them. So I thought that I would post a picture of these beautiful things. They definitely are a good way to get rid of all of the extra eggs in ones fridge!
